Disney Lorcana's Hyperia City brings Coco to the game on October 23

Hyperia City is Lorcana's Set 14, and its hook is the debut of Pixar's Coco in the game. Ravensburger has leaned into a music theme, with a 'Feel the Rhythm' slogan and early reveals like Miguel Rivera, Hector Rivera and the song card Un Poco Loco. First-time IP debuts are among the most reliable demand drivers in this game because they reach past format players to collectors who simply want the characters.

The calendar is the part to plan around. The prerelease is October 16 at local stores and Disney Parks locations, with the wide release on October 23. That prerelease window is where you get your first honest read on which cards hold a premium once product is actually on shelves rather than just in previews.

Lorcana's structural caveat still applies: Ravensburger reprints heavily, so base rares carry real reprint risk and the durable value sits in the enchanted and other capped-supply rarities. With Into the Inkdark already announced for Q1 2027, the reprint-and-release clock never stops, so the Coco chase cards worth holding are the ones the printer cannot easily make more of.
