How trading works, and the rules

Foilio gives you a place to list cards and message other collectors. When you agree a trade, you arrange and settle it directly with the other person, by whatever method you both choose. Foilio does not take payment, does not hold funds, does not ship anything, and does not take a cut. It is not a marketplace, an escrow service, or a payment provider.

Because the trade is between you and the other person, you are responsible for agreeing terms, confirming condition, and choosing a payment method you trust. Use the reputation and reviews as a guide, and use common sense: confirm the exact card, condition and price before you send money or cards. Foilio is not liable for a trade that goes wrong. • No illegal goods, stolen property, or anything you do not have the right to sell.
• No counterfeit, fake, or knowingly misrepresented cards.
• No listings for anything other than trading cards and directly related items.
• No scams, fraud, or deceptive pricing.
• No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or abusive messages.
• No spam, and no attempts to move the conversation to collect payment on Foilio's behalf (there is none).

Break these and your shop, listings, or account can be removed.

Every shop, listing, and message has a Report control. If you see something unsafe, illegal, or against these rules, report it and our team will review it. You can also block a shop to hide it from your view. We act on reports and remove content that breaks the rules.

Any reference price shown next to a listing is an estimate from public data, not a live listing and not financial advice. The seller sets their own asking price. Always confirm the exact printing and condition before you trade.
