How do price alerts work?+
Add a card and a target price, then choose buy or sell. Foilio checks the card against current reference prices and flags it the moment it crosses your target, the dip to buy or the spike to sell. Your watchlist is saved on your device, so it works the next time you open the page.
Where do the prices come from?+
Honest Cardmarket EUR reference prices pulled from free public catalog APIs (pokemontcg.io for Pokémon, Scryfall for Magic, YGOPRODeck for Yu-Gi-Oh). They are independent reference values, never sold-listing or scraped marketplace data. Treat them as estimates, not financial advice.
Is it free, and do I need an account?+
It is completely free and needs no account. Your watchlist lives in your browser on your device. If you add your email we can push the alert when you are away (email notifications are rolling out shortly), but it is optional, the tool works without it.
Which games does it cover?+
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh. Search for any card across those three games, set a target, and Foilio tracks it against the EUR reference price for that card.
