Collectr Export to eBay: The Fastest Free Way to List Your Tracked Collection
Track in Collectr? Export your CSV, import it to Foilio, and turn your tracked cards into ready-to-post eBay listings with fee-aware pricing — free, across every game.
Collectr is great for cataloguing — but at some point you want to sell, and a portfolio app isn't a listing tool. The good news: if you can export a CSV from Collectr, you can be generating eBay listings in a couple of minutes.
From Collectr to eBay listings
- Export from Collectr. Collectr lets you export your collection to CSV (a Pro feature). Save the file.
- Import to Foilio. Open the import tool and drop the CSV in — it's read in your browser, matched to the catalogue, and added to your collection with quantities. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
- Generate listings. In the listing generator, every card becomes a ready-to-post eBay title with a fee-aware price that protects your take-home after fees.
- Download the eBay CSV and review. One-click publish to your own eBay account is coming with early access; today you export a clean CSV you control.
You already did the cataloguing in Collectr — don't redo it. Move the data once and let the listings build themselves.
Why Foilio fits a Collectr workflow
- Multi-game. Collectr covers many games; so does Foilio (Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Lorcana and more), so a mixed export comes through one pipe.
- Fee-aware by default. The suggested price is set so you net the card's market value after eBay's cut — no spreadsheet maths.
- TOS-clean. Free, attributed card data plus your own authorized eBay account. No marketplace scraping, no closed pricing APIs.
Tracking in Manabox instead? The same flow works — see Manabox to eBay.
