Consignment & booth take-home.
Consigning cards or running a vendor booth? See exactly what each side nets after commission, marketplace and payment fees, and shipping — and who comes out where depending on who absorbs the fees.
Commission is a % of the sale price. Set marketplace / payment fees to 0 for a cash booth sale. “Shop absorbs” = the shop pays fees from its cut (consignor gets a clean split); “Off the top” = fees are deducted before the split.
Consignor or shop?
If you're the consignor, the number that matters is your take-home after the shop's commission and any fees you bear. If you're the shop or booth, watch the “shop keeps” figure — at a low commission, marketplace and payment fees can eat the whole margin. Selling direct instead? Check your eBay take-home or build a fee-aware buylist.

Questions, answered
How does card consignment work?+
You hand cards to a shop or vendor booth; they sell them and keep a commission (a percentage of the sale price), passing you the rest. This calculator shows both sides — what the consignor nets and what the shop keeps — after commission, marketplace and payment fees, and shipping.
Who pays the marketplace and payment fees?+
It varies by agreement, so the tool lets you choose: 'Shop absorbs them' (the shop pays fees out of its commission and you get a clean split of the sale) or 'Off the top' (fees are deducted from the sale before the commission split). Toggle it to match your deal.
Is this tool free, and is it financial advice?+
It's completely free, runs in your browser, and stores nothing. It's a planning estimate, not financial or accounting advice — confirm exact fee rates and your consignment agreement before relying on the numbers.
Does it use my card's actual market value?+
No — you enter the sale price yourself, so it works for any card, game or currency. For card values, look any card up free on Foilio (honest Cardmarket EUR reference prices, never sold or scraped data).
