Dragon Ball Fusion World: the chase is the alt-art parallel, not the rarity
Fusion World is Bandai’s new Dragon Ball card game. We priced 3,733 singles across 50 sets and found the printed rarity ladder hides a top rung: the alt-art parallels.
The rarity ladder has a hidden top rung
On paper the ladder tops out at Secret Rare, a median $95. But its ceiling is $1,786 — and that card, like every other top-ten single, is a “Super Alternate Art” parallel of a Leader or Secret Rare (Gogeta:BR, alt-art Goku Leaders). The alt-art sits above the printed rarity symbol; a normal Secret Rare is ~$95, its Super Alt Art version can be 10–20× that.

FAQ
What is the most valuable Dragon Ball Fusion World card?
A Gogeta : BR (Super Alternate Art) at around $1,786. Every one of the top singles is a "Super Alternate Art" or "Alternate Art" parallel of a Leader or Secret Rare (Gogeta:BR, alt-art Goku Leaders). The alt-art treatment, not the rarity symbol, is what makes a Fusion World card expensive.
Are Dragon Ball Fusion World cards worth money?
Most are not. The median single is $0.51 and 58% trade under $1. The base rarities (Common $0.22, Uncommon $0.35, Rare $0.28) are bulk. Value climbs at Super Rare and Leader, then the Secret Rare tier and its alt-art parallels carry the top of the market.
Why does the Secret Rare tier have such a huge price range?
Because it mixes the standard Secret Rare (a median $95) with the short-printed "Super Alternate Art" parallels of the same cards, which run to $1,786. The tier's median tells you what a normal Secret Rare is worth; the alt-art version is the real chase and can be 10–20× that.
Where does this data come from, and is it reliable?
We took the TCGplayer market price of every priced Fusion World single (sealed product and the "Energy Marker" accessories excluded) across 50 sets via the open tcgcsv.com dataset, then the median and max per rarity tier (TCGplayer market price via the open tcgcsv.com dataset, valued 2026-07-05).
